  8. keratitis, conjunctivitis, iritis,
  9. etc.  Be sure such conditions 
  10. are cleared prior to fitting.

  13. recurrent ocular disease such as 
  14. iritis, herpes ulcers, conjunctivitis, 
  15. recurrent erosions, etc. the 
  16. patient should normally not be 
  17. fitted.
